Shipping Policy

Processing Time — All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time — Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. The large majority of our orders are delivered within 11 days of shipping, though delivery times can vary by location and are not guaranteed.

Carriers — Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by USPS, SpeedX, GOFO, Cainiao, or another trusted regional courier.

Shipping Rates — We offer free standard shipping on every order.

Order Tracking — Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays — Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier volume. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at northpupshop@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
